Terms of delivery:

Delivery to locations is governed by the information below and the online order app, in addition, tariff surcharges or individual agreement with the staff of the establishment.

The drinks as well as the packaging and other additional items
are included in the total order free delivery limit.

At the time of order approval via the online system, the customer will be sent with order summary, receipt and specification of the delivery time.

The customer determines the time of delivery while placing the order. The operator reserves the right to specify and adjust the time according to the distance and occupancy of the establishment. The customer will be informed about these changes ahead of time.

The acceptance of orders is subject to the terms and conditions of the Meals from Vejmrda concept.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, in particular full occupancy,
the operator of Meals from Vejmrda reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.
The customer will always be informed of this fact.

Minimum order for free delivery and minimum value
delivery orders:

Tariff zone I.
(up to approx. 4 km from the premises)
Orders with a total value of over CZK 300, otherwise a delivery surcharge of CZK 50 will be added and the price will be charged up to the minimum delivery order value of CZK 250.

Tariff zone II.
(up to approx. 8 km from the premises)
Orders with a total value of over CZK 700, otherwise a delivery surcharge of CZK 100 will be added and the price will be charged up to the minimum order value for delivery of CZK 600.

Tariff zone III (up to approx. 12 km from the establishment)
Orders with a total value of over CZK 1,100, otherwise a surcharge of CZK 150 will be added for delivery and the price will be charged up to the minimum order value of CZK 800.

Tariff zone IV.
(up to approx. 20 km from the establishment)
Orders with a total value of more than CZK 1,500, otherwise a surcharge of CZK 200 will be added for delivery and the price up to the minimum order value of CZK 1,000 will be charged.
